UK Despatch & Delivery Times

Orders Despatched from Peakdale sculptures within 7-10 working days. 

Orders Sent by:

Royal Mail Standard 1st class = No tracking

Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For. = Customer has to sign on delivery

Royal Mail Special Delivery = Tracking available and signed by customer. Next day delivery guaranteed by 1pm.

UK Delivery Times

The above services normally have a 1 day delivery time if the order is posted before the postal collection time of that particular working day Mon-Fri. Otherwise delivery may take 2-3 days.

Due to Covid please expect longer delivery times from Royal Mail.

Peakdalesculptures is NOT responsible for the delivery or any delays incurred.

Seasonal Trading Times

Despatch and delivery times may be longer due to greater demand during these busy periods such as Christmas.

If your order does NOT arrive - NO refund will be issued unless the order is returned to us. All orders are issued with a return address.

Delivery Times

Due to Covid delivery times have been extended by ALL international couriers and by the postal services of the destination country

Peakdale sculptures is NOT responsible for the delivery or any delays incurred.

USA In normal periods delivery would take at least 10 working days pending your own local postal services.

Europe In normal periods delivery would take at least 7-10 working days pending your own local postal services.

Australia and Elsewhere In normal periods delivery would take at least 10 - 14 working days pending your own local postal services.

Adding tracking to your order enables you to track the status of your order if the above times have been exceeded. Tracking does NOT mean it is sent any faster than standard international post.

It is the responsibility of the customer to add tracking especially during periods of high demand such as Christmas plus if your own country/ local postal services are slow or otherwise.

Orders for Birthdays, Christmas and Special Occasions.

You can email us at info@peakdalesculptures.co.uk stating when the order is needed or any other information you feel we need to know.

We try to help where possible, however, orders left to the last minute are the responsibility of the customer.

Please allow for delivery times as well!

Returning Items

Please email for details and your request will be processed. Postal costs for returning items are paid for by the customer. Refunds will only be issued on return of the item boxed and unbroken or damaged. 

Broken items

Any item that arrives broken please photograph and include a picture of any damage to the outer box and then email those pictures to us. We will then contact you to address the breakage.

Order not arrived

Please note: delivery times from time of despatch to destination may vary in different countries and postal services. Sometimes a delivery may far exceed normal delivery times which is out of our control and subsequently the customer may feel the item has either not been sent or been lost in the post. Unfortunately Peakdale reserves the right NOT to replace i.e send another item or refund the total cost incurred by the customer at the time of the purchase until the order has been returned back to us. All orders sent have a return address which allows the package to be resent back to us. 

If you have not received your order please check your local Post Office, collection Office or your neighbour.

Taxes and Duties

Each country has its own status on this matter. As far as Peakdale understands (without any liabilities what so every) the USA allows statuettes without import tax and duties under a particular value. Australia and Canada has a tax and duty on statuettes. The percentage cost of this may very per country. Its is normally based upon the value of the goods and possibly the cost of postage. An average percentage cost may be 5% of the above information given.
This information is only a rough guide, but may allow the customer to check their countries Tax and Duties prior to ordering and make an informed decision.

All rights reserved. All Peakdale sculptures images and product items, figurines and sculptures are under law of the United Kingdom. Sole intellectual property rights are owned by US. Any breach of copyright will be contested by law. 

Product Terms and Conditions

Until such a time as payment in full is made to the Company in accordance with these Conditions and title to the goods has passed to the Customer, the Customer shall hold the goods as trustee, but not as agent, for the Company and shall ensure that goods shall be stored separately from any other property of the Customer or from any property belonging to a third party and held by the Customer and shall be clearly identifiable as the property of the Company. At any time prior to title to the goods passing from the Company in accordance with these conditions, the Company shall be entitled on demand to recover possession of the goods or any of them (without prejudice to any of its other rights) and for this purpose shall be entitled to enter upon the Customer's premises (or any other premises where the goods are stored) during normal hours to remove such goods from such premises.
These conditions constitute an authority for any third party authorized by the Company to exercise the Company's rights here under.
