Ordering

Choose the item you wish to purchase, add to cart, follow the online instructions to continue and pay. This shop has Shopify payments and Paypal. We do not take payment via telephone.

Orders for Birthdays, Christmas and special occasions. You can add a note to your order stating when the item is needed. We try to help where possible, however, orders left to the last minute are the responsibility of the customer. Please allow for delivery times as well.

Delivery Times

Please expect your order to be despatched within 10 working days. 

UK customers; orders sent standard 1st class and 1st class signed for. Days taken to deliver = 1 - 2 working days.

USA, Europe & Elsewhere; sent International Standard Air Mail. Days taken to deliver = 7-10 working days pending your own local services.

Australia; sent International standard Air Mail. Days taken to deliver = 10-14 days

It is the responsibility of the customer to state and pay if they want tracking especially if your own country/ local post services may be slow or otherwise. Please email for costs.

At busy periods such as Christmas please allow extra time for delivery due to mass volumes. Delivery times often go over the 7-10 working days. Please be patient. 

 

Returning Items

Please email for details and your request will be processed. Postal costs for returning items are paid for by the customer. Refunds will only be issued on return of the item boxed and unbroken or damaged. 

Broken items

Any item that arrives broken please photograph and include a picture of any damage to the outer box and then email those pictures to us. We will then contact you to address the breakage.
