Peakdale endeavours to ship/despatch within 48 hours on products in stock.

At times of high demand delivery may take 1-2 weeks of ordering 2- 4 weeks allowing for world wide postal times.

Peakdale holds stock of many products, however some items may have to be made to order.

If items are required sooner for e.g. Birthdays, please state so in the comments box, available in the checking out process.
Peakdale can not be held responsible if products arrive late if information or dates are not given.

Returns

If you receive a broken product you may return the item within 14 working days to receive a replacement or refund which will be paid by cheque on receiving the item.

It should be made clear along with the item whether the customer wishes a replacement or refund as Peakdale can not beheld responsible due to any misunderstanding.

If your dissatisfied with your item, this may be returned with condition that the item is in the original packaging and original and complete condition.

Refunds will be made by cheque and postal cost refunded.
