Ordering your product

Ordering Information

Prices are correct at the time of printing, however Peakdale reserves the right to make changes without prior notice.

All items are purchased as seem at the time of ordering, however, Peakdale reserves the right to make changes without prior notice.

No item or product shall be sent prior to Peakdale receiving full payment.

All sales are governed by the English Trading Law.

Payments should be made in accordance which are applicable to paypal processing and request. See Paypal website for further information www.paypal.com.

On ordering any product on the Peakdale website you will be notified by email that your order has been received and is being processed.

Please make sure all information entered i.e. shipping address is correct at time of ordering as Peakdale can not be held responsible if products are sent to the wrong address.

Any further postal charges shall be the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellations and Returns

You are able to cancel your order during the time leading to despatch with full refund given.

If you receive a broken product you may return the item within 14 working days to receive a replacement or full refund.

The customer should clearly state a replacement or refund is required as Peakdale can not beheld responsible due to any misunderstanding.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, this should be returned in the original packaging and original condition, to receive a refund or replacement within 14 working days.

Refunds will be made by cheque or direct bank transfer.

Delivery Times

Peakdale endeavours to ship/despatch within 48 hours on products in stock.

At times of high demand delivery may take 1-2 weeks of ordering 2- 4 weeks allowing for world wide postal times.

Peakdale holds stock of many products; however some items may have to be made to order.

If items are required for Birthdays or particular dates, please state so in the comments box, available in the checking out process. Peakdale can not be held responsible if products arrive late if information or dates are not given.
